Community Hub guidelines · coming soon
Planned conduct, privacy and moderation rules for the Community Hub.
The community is not open yet. Posting, profiles and moderation records are not being collected.
Status
The Community Hub is a planned feature and is not yet open. These draft rules describe the expected conduct, reporting and moderation approach.
Use the community for
- Joining topic communities and taking part in relevant, respectful discussions.
- Sharing original text posts, questions, polls and links to publicly accessible webpages.
- Adding a clear title and context when sharing an external link.
- Voting, commenting and correcting information respectfully.
Do not post
- Personal information about another person, including candidates, officers or employees.
- Confidential, protected, operational, workplace, security-screening or recruitment-process information.
- Official or remembered assessment questions, answer keys or material you are not authorized to share.
- Paid lessons, screenshots or downloadable files from the product.
- Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, impersonation, scams, illegal content or misleading claims of authority.
Moderation and reporting
Posts may be labelled, limited, removed or preserved for review. Accounts may be warned, restricted or suspended. Reports should identify the content and reason. A basic appeal route and moderator audit record should be available before the feature opens.
Your content
You keep ownership of original content you post. To operate the community, the production terms will need a limited licence to host, display and moderate that content. Deletion, retention, export and account-closure rules must be finalized before launch.
